Bass Marimba

This song was commissioned by the Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts Percussion Ensemble for four marimbas, including bass marimba.
With the concept that all performers are soloists, each lead will be replaced throughout the work. While playing it' s fun to think about where you are, which part, and which phrase stands out the most. Conflicting opinions is also fun.
The sound of the marimba mallet dropping onto wooden keys feels like footsteps. When you think of your footprints and make music, don't you feel like four people are dancing? Both 1st and 2nd movements are fun songs. As composer, I would be very happy if you could play coolly with a light and casual look.
The 1st should use the marimba down to A, the 2nd and 3rd should use the marimba down to C, and the 4th should use a bass marimba if possible to expand the bass sound. You may stage the instruments from left to right 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or swap 3rd and 4th parts and have 3rd on the far right.
